"The Training Officer/Training Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of training and development strategies, the oversight of the complete training process, collaboration with various departments to identify specific training needs, and the continuous improvement of training programs. Additionally, the role entails the establishment and management of safety committees, the organization of safety activities, the assurance of safety equipment maintenance and the provision of safety training to maintain a secure working environment in compliance with labor laws.
